At HOPE we provide a support structure for people affected by death or traumatic experiences from a fire or RTC. We are here to assist those in need.
We work in partnership with professional agencies, community or voluntary networks and other organisations throughout the area to assist the beneficiaries of the charity.
We provide information through seminars, conferences and training events, which aim to address the emotional trauma suffered by the deceased’s loved ones.
HOPE's trauma peer support group has been established for more than a decade, so we have lots of experience of supporting people through loss. Our meetings are held on the second wednesday of every month. Both adults and children are welcome to attend the meetings.
We also have a telephone support line set up, someone from the support group will always ring you back.
Our increasing community involvement in the area promotes safety through public awareness of the need for home and road safety but also how to manage the risks.
Here at ‘HOPE’ we remember the ones that have gone from our lives. HOPE creates the support you need and together, once again WE will strive.
